Stellar Science has had a fairly consistent growth of 20% per year since our inception in 1999. Back when we were a 5-person company, that meant hiring about one person per year; these days it means hiring 20 people per year. But growth is not a company goal — growth is just what happens when you hire smart people and give them the freedom to work productively — you keep satisfying your customers, which makes them look good to their management, so they come back for more. Also, customers literally tell their friends about you. If 5 years from now Stellar Science is the same size as it is now, we’ll be perfectly happy with that.
